New Cadet Application
Information needed:
- Member Information
- Consent and Release of Liability by Parent/Guardian
- Report of Medical History
- Report of Medical Exam (A medical exam similar to a high school sports physical is required. This can be turned in within 30 days of enrolling.)
- Medical History Supplemental (To be filled out only if cadet is on regular medications.)
- Request for Accommodation (To be filled out if a medical condition precludes full, unlimited participation.)
- Parental/Guardian Support Agreement
Initial Enrollment Fee
National registration fee: $125
Unit registration fee: $255
Uniform deposit: $50
Annual re-enrollment fee
National annual re-enrollment fee: $125
Unit annual cadet re-enrollment fee: $100
Applications are now completed digitally and sent after Shadow Day if the prospective cadet is interested in joining.
Adult Leader Application

- Request for Reference (3 referrals are required)
- Report of Medical History
Adult registration fee: $50
Annual adult re-enrollment fee: $50

Replacement ID Fee
Fee to replace a lost ID: $10
